Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for the Greater Seattle Area

The two levels of outpatient programming at our Kirkland, WA and Bellevue, WA locations are a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Both programs are offered in-person onsite or virtually. These programs can help people who are suffering from a wide range of concerns, including:

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use Disorder
Offered three times a week for three hours per session, the Intensive Outpatient Program offers adults (18+) a comprehensive, evidence-based substance use disorder program that supports recovery while you maintain work, school and family commitments. IOP includes instructive sessions facilitated by licensed substance use professionals.
Our program includes:

- Individual check-ins

- Evidenced based curriculum including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Living in Balance
- Court-ordered documentation and submissions, if needed

Group Therapy
Group therapy is central to the care we provide in our outpatient programming, and sessions are led by our outstanding team of therapists, nurses and registered dietitians. Groups may cover numerous topics that can be beneficial on your path to healing, such as:
