Accepted Insurance Plans
Fairfax Hospital is contracted in-network with most commercial insurances including PPO and HMO plans, Tricare, Medicare, Managed Medicare plans, Medicaid and Managed Medicaid plans. Outpatient mental health services are covered by most commercial insurance plans, Medicare, Managed Medicare, and Tricare, as well as all Apple Health Medicaid plans, however Molina is only accepted for individuals 13-20 years old. For outpatient substance use services, we accept most commercial insurance plans, Medicare, Managed Medicare, Tricare, and Coordinated Care Medicaid.
