Branches Bellevue offers a full continuum of outpatient behavioral health services for adolescents and adults, including mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Through our Adult Mental Health PHP and IOP programs, Adolescent Mental Health PHP and IOP programs, specialized neurodivergentaffirming services, and Adult Substance Use Disorder IOP, we provide evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.

With flexible scheduling, in-person and virtual treatment options, and multidisciplinary support from licensed clinicians, nurses, and prescribing providers, our programs help clients build coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting recovery while balancing work, school, and family commitments. Branches Bellevue Adult Mental Health Programs

Branches Bellevue provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for adults experiencing mental health challenges. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), our programs help individuals improve emotion regulation, strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, process trauma, and develop healthier coping skills.

We offer in-person programming Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon options, plus an optional Saturday group making it easier to balance treatment with work, school, and family responsibilities. Treatment includes group therapy facilitated by licensed therapists and Registered Nurses (RNs), individualized treatment planning, case management, and medication management services overseen by psychiatric providers.

Adolescent Mental Health Programs (PHP & IOP)

Our adolescent programs provide specialized support for teens struggling with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. We offer PHP and IOP services in both in-person and virtual formats, with programming available afternoons and evenings during the school year and morning schedules during the summer months.

Branches Bellevue provides neurodivergent-affirming inclusionary programming for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, along-side neurotypical teens. Through evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adolescents build social skills, emotional regulation strategies, healthy coping mechanisms, and increased confidence in navigating everyday challenges.

Adult Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Adult SUD Intensive Outpatient Program provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals seeking recovery while maintaining their work, school, and family commitments. Groups are facilitated by Licensed Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs) and support both individuals in early recovery and those returning to recovery after a relapse.

The program serves as an effective step-down level of care from detoxification or residential treatment and offers telehealth participation when appropriate. Branches Bellevue is also qualified to provide treatment that fulfills court-ordered Deferred Prosecution requirements, including DUI Deferred Prosecution, and welcomes Employer Assistance Program (EAP) referrals.
