Branches Kirkland Adult Mental Health Programs

Mental Health PHP/IOP:

  • Most commercial insurance plans
  • Medicare in-person, telehealth excluded
  • Managed Medicare
  • Tricare
  • Apple Health Medicaid plans, Molina Medicaid only accepted for individuals 13-20 years old

Using evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), participants gain practical skills to manage stress, increase emotional stability, build self-confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers structured support five days per week, Monday through Friday, for four hours each day, with an optional Saturday group available.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets three days per week for three hours per session, with morning, afternoon, and evening options designed to accommodate work, school, and family commitments.

To provide greater accessibility and convenience, we offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid treatment options. Group programming is available on a variety of days and times, allowing participants to engage in treatment while maintaining important life responsibilities.

Treatment is facilitated by experienced Licensed Therapists and Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide group therapy, individualized treatment planning, ongoing progress check-ins, and case management support. Medication management services are also available, with treatment overseen by a psychiatric prescribing provider to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

At Branches Kirkland, our goal is to help individuals build resilience, develop confidence, and create a healthier, more balanced life.
